Caller ID aanpassen bij doorschakelen naar mobiel
Deze hulppagina legt uit hoe je onderscheid maakt tussen privé- en zakelijke gesprekken wanneer je zakelijke nummer wordt doorgeschakeld naar je mobiele telefoon, zodat je gesprekken op de juiste manier beantwoordt. De pagina behandelt het basisproces via het beheerpaneel van Freedom voor caller ID-doorschakeling, beperkingen van mobiele netwerken waardoor je niet tegelijkertijd het nummer van de beller en het gebelde nummer kunt zien, en biedt praktische oplossingen zoals instellingen voor gespreksbevestiging en aangepaste aankondigingsberichten voor enkele of meerdere zakelijke nummers.
You probably don't want to answer a business call with "Hi, this is John". That's why it's helpful to see what kind of call you're receiving when your business number is forwarded to your mobile phone. You can set up the distinction between private and business calls as follows:
- Go to Freedom
- In the Admin tab, select Fixed/Mobile and select your mobile number. If you haven't added a number yet? Check here
- Then click caller ID forwarding and enable called number
Please note that you cannot see both the caller's number AND the called phone number. This is a limitation of the mobile network. However, Voys has created a workaround for this:

- Create a call group with your mobile number in it.
- Change Confirm calls from 'None' to 'Standard'.
Have you set this up and someone calls you? Before you're connected to the caller, you'll always hear 'Press 1 to answer this call'. This way, you'll know that your business number is being called. You'll see the caller's number on your screen. Convenient!
Workaround for multiple phone numbers
When you have multiple phone numbers and want to see which company is being called, you can apply the trick above. Create a call group for each company with its own call confirmation message:
- This is an incoming call for company A; press 1 to answer.
- This is an incoming call for company B; press 1 to answer.
Another option is to use variable caller name or variable announcement. Please note! Not all mobile phones can display both a name AND a phone number.
