Wat is het Dashboard?

Het Dashboard is het centrale punt van het portaal waar je jouw zakelijke communicatie kunt beheren en optimaliseren. Of je nu belactiviteit wilt bijhouden, gebruikers wilt beheren of functies zoals IVR-menu's en belgroepen wilt instellen – het Dashboard biedt een gebruiksvriendelijke interface om jouw telefoniesysteem soepel te laten draaien. Je vindt hier de tools en functies die je nodig hebt voor efficiënte en effectieve communicatie.

Admin

The Admin option gives you the ability to build everything you need within your telephony system. Here, you can create modules such as setting your company’s open hours for receiving calls, configuring settings for when you're closed or on holiday, and adding options like voicemail or a welcome message. If you receive a high volume of calls, you can set up a call group, IVR, or a queue. This is the place to create those components, which you can later arrange in the desired order in your dial plan.

Dial Plans

You've set up everything in the Admin options; now it's time to organize them in your dial plan. Arrange your steps—like setting opening hours, playing a welcome message, ringing phones, and ending with voicemail if busy. Once you're satisfied, press save to go live. No assistance needed!

If you're unsure, create a dial plan extension first and test it by calling the internal number to see if everything works as expected.

(Recent) Calls

The Calls section gives you control over your call activity. You can monitor incoming, outgoing, and missed calls with detailed logs that provide useful insights into your communication patterns.

The Statistics section provides valuable insights into your call activity. You can analyze data on incoming, outgoing, and missed calls to identify trends, peak times, and performance metrics.

Queue Statistics

Keep track of your call flow with our Queue Statistics. This module provides real-time insights into your call queues, helping you manage customer interactions more effectively. You can monitor key metrics like wait times, call durations, and abandonment rates to ensure your team is performing well. Use these insights to make data-driven decisions that improve customer satisfaction and streamline your call operations.

Support Code

If we need to make changes to your account, we'll request a support code to ensure accuracy and security. Click Create Code, and we'll see that you're logged in. This unique code can only be found in the portal.

Prepaid balance

Available only in

"Prepaid" refers to a payment method in which the service or product is paid for in advance, before it is used.

Invoices are issued on payment
Call charges are deducted from the available balance immediately after the call has ended.
Subscriptions and once-off fees are deducted from your balance at the end of the month.
Your account can go into negative and you can only make calls when your account has a positive balance.

Temporary redirect

This function lets you forward all phone numbers and dial plans to a destination temporarily, currently limited to voicemail. The forwarding stays active until you deactivate it. You can also access this feature in our app and Webphone.

Account Information & Administration

Shortcuts on the dashboard provide quick access to invoices and account details, enabling you to view information or make changes. For a more detailed overview, click on Account or Personal to update business information, passwords, or language settings.

This feature on the dashboard is not supported in South Africa due to regulatory restrictions, e.g the POPI ACT

Expanding your services? Here you can easily order a phone number, VoIP account, and/or VoIP trunk.

Your Availability

As a user, you can set your availability status—available, available for colleagues, do not disturb, or unreachable. You can also choose where to receive calls, whether on the app, Webphone, a forwarding number, or a fixed device. Calls to your internal number will be forwarded accordingly, even if you set your availability on the app or your mobile number.
