Webphone wordt inactief bij afwezigheid van laptop

Turn off power saving mode on the laptop. If memory usage is higher than 80%, the Webphone may be closed automatically as well. This needs to be turned off.

Adjust the web browser's sleep mode.

• Open the Webphone.
• Click on the three dots.
• Click on App info.
• Click at the bottom on Settings.
• Click on More settings and permissions.
• Go to Performance.
• Under Memory Saver you can do two things.
1. You can turn off the function.
2. You can indicate that you want webphone.voys.nl to always remain active.

Below that is also the option to turn off Power Saving. You can turn it off completely, but you can also turn it off when your battery is at 20% or when it's not connected to the charger.
