• Make sure your user is properly configured in the dial plan.
• Confirm that you’re reachable on the correct device, whether it’s the app, Webphone, or mobile number.

Your phone might be set up separately in the dial plan instead of through your user account, which could override your availability settings. Ensure your user account is included in the dial plan to properly apply your availability settings.

• Go to Users.
• Click on the cross icon next to the user you want to delete.
• Then click Yes, delete user. The user is now deleted.

Unable to delete the user? This may be because you are logged into that user or do not have the correct permissions to delete users. Log in with another account that has administrative rights to resolve this.

If your colleague’s destination is set to an external number, such as a mobile phone, the platform cannot detect the status of that external number. This means your colleague might be engaged on their mobile while still appearing online in the platform. To avoid confusion, make sure you and your colleagues set yourselves to unavailable when you are not reachable.

Our platform is designed to display availability for a person rather than for specific devices. Therefore, the VoIP accounts linked to a user are not visible because the user’s overall availability status is prioritized. If you need to contact a specific VoIP account, add the account number and its associated name to your contacts.

Each user account comes with three VoIP accounts by default. This setup allows you to switch between your desk phone, Webphone, or app as needed.

It’s not possible to add more VoIP accounts to a single user. To have additional VoIP accounts, you need to set up an extra user.

You can change your availability through the app, Webphone, or in the platform. Even if you prefer not to use the app regularly, we recommend installing it for this purpose. Since most people carry their phones with them, it’s convenient to update your availability on the go if you forget to do so elsewhere.

With a User, you can choose which user rights to grant. Here's a brief explanation of these rights:

• Log in to the platform.
• Click on Account in the top right corner.
• Click on Groups.
• Here you'll find a concise explanation of the four available groups, also known as user rights:
• End User: Can only manage their own availability.
• Administration: Has full control over the system, with the ability to view and modify everything.
• Account Management: Can perform nearly all tasks except changing administrative settings.
• Call Details: Can only view call statistics.

When the user has this status, you are only reachable on your internal number. Colleagues can reach you, but when someone calls the phone numbers for which you are in the dial plan, you are not reachable.

Under Where do you want to receive calls? you can select on which device you want to be reached by your colleagues.
